Phil is a Bothell native including being a graduate of Jackson High School where he met his wife Leah Painter. Phil and Leah have three sons; Isaiah, Matthew and Joshua.
Business:
Phil has been a Mortgage professional for 17 years starting while in college and never considered a different career. He enjoys building high-trust relationships with his client’s in order to better understand their mortgage needs. As an expert mortgage tactician, Phil enjoys working through complex mortgage scenarios that other loan originators do not take on due to the time and knowledge required of the scenario.
